Job Description

The Aviation Week Network has internship opportunities across its art and design, business, data and intelligence, editorial and marketing units. We are looking to build a pipeline of talent for the Aviation Week Network and its parent company Informa Markets, which offers interns tremendous opportunities to build their careers. We hope that enthusiastic, responsible students will learn how our business works and cultivate an array of skills to further their interests. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the internship will be remote and is offered on a three-month basis, with the opportunity for extension.
Duties May Include
  • Shadow multiple office positions and conduct a variety of tasks
  • Attend company meetings
  • Join networking events
  • Conduct research
  • Gather and analyze and visualize data
  • Create presentations
  • Produce editorial content, podcasts and videos
  • Assist in event and project planning
  • Build infographics

Qualifications

  • Be enrolled as a student in an accredited institution
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and think creatively
  • Self-directed and work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to take on new projects
  • Be able to represent the company professionally and contribute to a friendly team
