Textron’s Leadership Development Program offers a distinctive avenue into industry-specific projects and processes across our organization. This rotational program underscores our commitment to talent development, reflecting our belief that nurturing capable individuals through challenging opportunities is pivotal for personal and professional growth. Joining this program promises an enriching experience, equipping you to become a well-rounded Finance & Accounting Professional.

Job Summary:

Textron’s Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program spans two years, comprising 12-month rotations within our seven business units: Bell, Textron Aviation, Textron Systems, Textron Specialized Vehicles, Kautex, Textron eAviation, and Textron Inc. Participants must be geographically mobile, as locations vary according to business needs. During the program, you will receive on-the-job and professional training to fuel your development, lead and engage in impactful projects, and network with leaders worldwide. You will be supported by a dedicated Program Manager to steer your experience and an assigned mentor to foster your growth. Your journey will be tailored to align with your career interests.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proactive and results-driven individual
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful problem solver
- Adaptable to change at a rapid pace

Mobility:

Applicants should be willing and able to relocate for all rotational assignments, demonstrating the flexibility to travel and reside anywhere in the U.S. This adaptability will lead to dynamic rotations, broadening exposure and advancing functional and leadership skills.
