Avionics Technician

We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced avionics technician to join our team. Our facility specializes in avionics retrofit solutions for general aviation piston singles and twins. We provide solutions ranging from simple radio or transponder upgrades, to complete CNC-cut panel retrofit solutions with full autopilot integration. NewView Technologies is a dealer and installer for avionics products from vendors like Garmin, Dynon, Appareo, PS Engineering, Aspen, and more. 

Avionics technician responsibilities to include running of wiring and coax, mounting antennas, interpretation of installation guidance and wiring diagrams to correctly fabricate and assemble wiring harnesses. Install LRU trays, autopilot servos, brackets, and mounting hardware. Installation of engine sensors, and working with aircraft pitot-static systems.

A competent avionics technician should possess great attention to detail, and a strong working knowledge of aircraft power systems and an ability to troubleshoot and diagnose avionics systems.
