Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or STEM Degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math).
- Strong understanding of RF circuit simulation experience.
- Some knowledge of HFSS / CST / ADS / AWR / SPICE circuit simulation experience or equivalent
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
- 2+ years technical research experience.
- 2+ years of design experience in RF components, such as combiner, filter, switch, mixer, circulator, VCO, Power Amp and antenna.
- HFSS simulation experience.
- Familiar with thermal consideration in RF components.
- PCB/chip-on-board design, test, and layout experience.
- MTBF calculation and circuit failure analysis experience.
- MMIC design and experience in interacting with Foundry.
- GaN, GaAs, InP or LDMOS semiconductor experience.
- Load-Pull experience.
- Experience with Product transition from Engineering to Manufacturing, including writing Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) and assembly of Power Amplifier..
- Good oral and written communication skills to interface with key internal and external customers.
- Active DOD Secret Clearance.
