We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our engineering organization, which specializes in the design of interior furniture, components, systems, processes and trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate specialized information effectively to the engineering team.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for employee communication, events, and initiatives.
- Support trainings and continuous improvement classes.
Preferred Skills in the following:
- Lean Six Sigma
- Content Strategy
- Technical writing
- Process communication
- Visual design
- User research
Preferred Interest:
- Aerospace
Preferred Education Requirements:
- Actively pursuing a degree in Human-Centered Information Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors or other related disciplines.
- Junior or above, preferred.
Internship Requirements:
- Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above
- Graduating on or after December 2025.
- Be able to do work 40 hours per week during the months of August - December 2025.
- Must be onsite, this is not a remote position.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding) and must be listed on resume.
