What I liked
I liked how fast-paced the environment and how it continuously fosters diversity.
What I wish was different
I wish I had the chance to pick my own set schedule, but you had to bid instead, and it was not a guarantee.
Advice
Practice empathy towards others. Most of the time you will deal with frustrated customers with canceled flights but learn to have patience and hear them out. It goes a long way!
